Question on MS-II install on 1.6L Miata

Ok, this is killing me I really hope someone can help. I have done a TON of reading on this project. It has been an on and off again build project for about a year. I have the MS-II built, but it's the mod parts that are confusing at best.

On the assembly page, for standalone it's saying to Remove D15 and replace Q7 with the transistor in the relay mod kit. But, under the next section (Input/Output Mods) all three LED's are shown. Also, there are two pictures for the Input/Output mods. Do I build both of them? Or, are they two different ways to do the same thing, and I only build one or the other? The Second picture says to replace Q7 with Q4? But, I already replaced Q7 with the transistor in the relay mod kit!

Mike, just slow down and read the whole page. Yes, remove D15 and replace with Q7. This is for the FAN output. You could use another one of megasquirts outputs, but for this write up I chose to use D15. Ignore the fact that the LED is there in the next pic, it is just so happenes that board is not standalone.

Like it says, you build BOTH of the mods. The bottom one is for the spark output, and the top one is for sensor inputs and such.

Replaceing Q7 for Q4 is a mistake. Sorry about that, ill fix it when I have time.

Thank you so much for the quick response… HUGE help! I didn't mean to sound anxious or upset about the confusion, I really am in no hurry to get this installed. This is going to be a long project and I'd rather have it RIGHT than fast.
